I got to meet the manager first to talk a little bit more about the company and clients, I was told in the phone screen that this was more of a meet and greet. Then I met with one of the actual employees who talked more about my experience and then broke down the main responsibilities of the position. If was cool talking to an employee rather than just the manager, it gave me more insight into the company culture

Very Transparent. First round was more of a casual conversation to see why i wanted marketing and sales and what i was looking for. Asked a series of questions more about myself to see my interest and hobbies.
