I was asked to come in person for an interview over coffee. Feels like they were trying to sell the position to me more than anything by showing off what the company does and the technology behind it. Questions were fairly simple about my experience and my availability. Afterward, I had an interview between me and the CTO over Zoom. Didn’t seem like he really had much prepared to ask me, and he just wanted to meet me and see if I had any questions to ask. Got an offer later that night.
