I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CoachSource (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I have nothing negative to say but would want to advise any potential interviewees that I suspect this organization is very small. I found their lack of communication, delay in responding and the interview process very telling. The job posting I applied to as well as their website would lead the applicant to believe the organization is not only large but well established internationally. I believe they are a small organization with the hopes of growing both domestically as well as internationally. These are not bad things but had I known how small they were from the beginning I would not have wasted my time applying. Normally I would have reached out with a phone call to a private organization like this that has no real verifiable data available on line prior to any investment of time but the job posting discouraged against this. My advice is that if you are retired with a lot of extra time and aren't really looking for the next "big" challenge and have modest expectations for compensation this is probably a good organization to team up with. Although I did not get an offer please know this review is not meant as anything but advisory. The reality is I would not have worked for a small organization given my track record and although I cannot confirm it, I am confident that my compensation expectation was a deciding factor in the lack of offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very general questions not worth mentioning. Although the interview can appear detailed and in depth for someone with little work or interview experience it was clearly a very simple third party interface reminiscent of Survey Monkey or Survio asking very generalized questions. No Workday interface here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CoachSource (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Multiple steps, multiple interviews, including with assessments. Did a phone interview, then face to face, then a Skype interview or 2, followed by personality assessments. Took about 4 weeks. A bit challenging but survivable.
