The entire process took less than 2 weeks, which I really appreciated.
It was a pleasure speaking with everyone from the product team. Each conversation felt clear, thoughtful, and well-structured. I could see that the team has a strong understanding of what they are building, why they are building it, and what kind of people they want to have on board.
The communication was fast and transparent throughout the process. I never felt left without updates or unsure about the next steps.
At the same time, it is important to be ready for frequent changes, as in any startup environment. For me, this feels natural and expected in a fast-moving company.

The process was very positive and well organized. I had two interviews, a screening video call with the recruiter and an interview with my potential managers which was scheduled immediately. The communication throughout was consistent and transparent, and I always received timely information. Overall, the whole experience felt smooth, professional and pleasant.
