Interview
During Covid I had to do an online interview that required more than one manager. They asked me simple questions about my experience. How I dealt with a difficult customer, my weakness and strengths. About what I do on my free time. They also asked if I knew the competitive brands, and how much I knew about coach. Why I wanted to work there.
I had one interview with the store and assistant manager. After the interview, I received and accepted the offer. The interview asked general questions relating to retail and operations/stock. Overall, it was an easy interview process.
