Emailed me after I submitted my resumé. Had an interview with the store manager, then was challenged to "interpret the store dress code" for a second interview with a multi-store manager. The process was fairly straightforward, with several questions about my previous experience and aptitude for the retail industry. The multi-store manager and store manager also asked me questions as to my fashion choices that went into the look I created for the second interview.

Was done in a group interview setting (4 people) and took turns answering questions based on whoever wanted to answer first. Interview was not very long and asked to keep answers more concise.
