The company initially contacted me via email and by calling me to set up a time for a phone interview. An email was sent with a question-are that asked various questions such as being eligible to work in Canada. Also another component of the online question-are were personality questions. The phone interview was about 45 minutes, and asked various questions. I was told from a person who works for the company that they are gauging how you sound over the phone.
