Interview
It was a series of videos that you recorded to answer specific questions. You were able to rerecord your videos. You then waited a few weeks to hear back.
The onboarding process was a bit strange and left me wanting more. You were through some training and then eventually given a student. You did not observe any sessions or help with any sessions prior to your first student.

Interview
The interview involved answering some questions about why you want to tutor and about yourself. Afterwards, it was about conducting a simulated tutoring experience and showcasing how you would tutor.
Video interview where you get to practice your response and then film yourself answering the questions. All done online. The questions were not difficult and the process didn't feel rushed
