Three days later got the call for interview. A assistant manager interviewed me. 40mins around. Then the store manager asked a simple question: rush hour, you have customer who want to try cloth on, co-worker need bag check and customer want to pay, what you gonna do

Describe one time you exceed customers expectation. ....leadership...also ask me to pick up a suit of cloth for a mom with three children
Simple interview, mainly to get an idea of character and establish background and experience as well as outline the company history. Spoke over responsibilities and typical day in the life.

Interview
I applied online, I was then contacted by the store to set up for an interview. The whole process including the interview was 1 week. It was an easy process and interview. The interview was more relaxed, more of a casual conversation.
