Really pleasant interview experience consisting of a phone interview followed by an interview at Club Med's London office. The phone interview was mainly used to check that my level of French was sufficient and that I knew something about bartending/cocktails. The London interview consisted of a company presentation followed by individuals interviews. The interviews were very easy covering knowledge of cocktails/bar work, French and basic questions about motivation to work for Club Med.
