Interview
The process for the software trainer position at Club Automation was long but after going through it I understand the reasoning for it. There are four interviews. Each interview is with a different person or group and usually with a different medium (phone, video, in person, etc). Before you start they send you a few surveys that you need to complete. I think one was a personality quiz and the other an IQ. The first interview is multiple video recordings of yourself answering questions that they have provided. Just submit the video after you have answered the question. The second interview is a video interview with someone at Club Automation. This is more traditional although over a video conference from your home. The third interview is to me the most taxing. You have to prepare a presentation to present to a group of Club Automation employees at their office. The fourth and final interview is another video interview with someone at their parent company. The whole process takes about a month, maybe a bit longer.

Interview
There were multiple interviews - mostly standard. The note worthy one was a presentation based interview. You taught a group how to use a software then went through a group interview. Was a lot to prep for.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Club Automation (Birmingham, AL) in Oct 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me asking if my expected salary was negotiable. I informed her that it was, and went through a rather strenuous interview process. First, a personality assessment, followed by a one-way interview, then a one on one virtual interview, then a team interview and presentation. After that I was asked for a final interview with the hiring manager.
This process took about a month. It was a really long and time consuming process, only to be told that they have decided to move on to other applicants.
In the future, this company may want to consider shortening their hiring and interview process because going through this number of stages for a denial is quite exhausting.

I applied online. I interviewed at Club Automation (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
The application included a short answer portion and the opportunity for a cover letter. A personality and cognitive assessment test followed, and then you're provided questions that you record yourself answering. From there, it's a series of face-to-face interviews conducted over Zoom. One of these interviews is conducted by a panel of peers, which you have to teach how to use a software/app.
Everyone is super nice and informative! The company's values and culture show throughout the process.
