I interviewed with Clover Sonoma and was disappointed by the lack of communication following my interview. After several days with no update, I finally received an automated email stating the position had been filled. The impersonal response made me feel undervalued as a candidate, and the overall experience did not reflect the professionalism I would expect from a company. I hope Clover Sonoma can improve its candidate communication and provide more thoughtful follow-up in the future.
