Initial interview to Final Interview. Most of the questions are very easy. No stress and they are very friendly. If you are not fit on the job role that you are applying for they will surely find one for you.

Interview
The recruitment process is pretty standard for call centers in the Philippines.
It begins with a phone screening where they review your resume and ask you standard recruitment questions.
If they like you they will invite you for a face to face interview that may or may not include a battery of exams depending on your role.
Unless you will be part of the Cloudstaff Admin team, you will have a final interview with a client (usually Australian) to see if they'd like you.
