First had a aptitude and logical reasoning test having basic questions and then hr interview asking mainly about project and willingness to learn and then there was a psychometric test. It had behavior questions.
After aptitude test we had a short interview where questions from resume was asked mainly about project and some questions like why this company , do you like to work in a team or alone and so on.

Aptitude test and interview. They only select the candidates who are recommended by employers in that company. Doubts about the genuinity of whole process. Not recommended for freshers if they have no friends or relatives in that company
