After sending in my application I received an email saying they were interested and asked me to select a meeting time with the engineering manager. The earliest spot was two weeks later. I booked and received a confirmation for the meeting. Then, just a few hours before the meeting would start I get an email by the manager saying they had to cancel it and and that they would reschedule. I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks. Decided to reach out myself to remind them and still got no response. Very disrespectful.
