After multiple interview rounds including team fit and technical, another technical interview was called, this time with overseas specialists who had seemingly no knowledge of info shared during previous rounds. The technical questions were seemingly taken off a list and most of the interview felt like clueless prodding at my previous experience which was already elaborated to at least 9 different people up until this point. Super pushy and pressuring interview arrangement with no regards to personal/professional obligations. Finally another candidate was preferred based on the fact that he/she was fluent in a system that was explicitly stated as non-critical knowledge for the role during the initial HR call. Totally unclear expectations based on a hazy management agenda that no one bothered to explain. What was obvious that the recuriter's choice came down to which candidate could get shoveling faster once on board. A total disappointment and a waste of time.
