After 3 different interviews, everything seemed to be going well, but after an observation from my part for the position, they were gonna verify an option about the work schedule. I didn't receive a response or any communication for the two following weeks. I sent them an email asking about the process, which took two more weeks to be replied and our conversation was never concluded.

São realizadas perguntas sobre o background profissional e educacional, suas experiências, como elas podem te ajudar a exercer as funções pertinentes ao cargo oferecido, expectativas sobre o cargo, por que eles deveriam te contratar, por que você é a melhor escolha, como você lidaria com determinadas situações, além de perguntas para conhecer melhor o candidato - hobbies, e até mesmo de descontração.
