Enagaged with the HR for last 2 Months - Since Nov 2024. Mr. Awais (UAE office) and Mrs. Singha (India office). They had 2 discussions on exp, sales, contacts, Team Mgmt etc. asked for all documents (pay slips etc) only to say we dont have budgets and can offer 30% less then current CTC? what a waste of time!
