I definitely do not recommend interviewing here. It’s not a particularly hard interview process, but they can’t be trusted to follow through with what they say. During the tech challenge they didn't stick to the interview process that was defined and mutually agreed upon ahead of time. The assignment had a set amount of time, but they cut me off way before the time was up. There is no way to pace your work if you have to worry that you could either get the full time or be cut off at any point. It seems like a waste of time to interview at a place that changes the rules after you've already started and apparently cares very little about the candidates they are considering hiring. It's a big red flag of a poor engineering culture overall.
