CloudFactory interview questions

I had a very short interview with a hiring manager and a designer. I went through the test explaining my choices, but other than that, they seemed disinterested in explaining what the company does or what they are looking for from a new hire. It seemed like they already made their choice, and I was just there so they could tick me off the list.

3 interviews Manager, Product manager and Leadership, all them focused on short and long term goals and personality, they spend lots of time talking about your past experiences which seems to be important if alligned with the company values and your goals
