I was approached by a local staffing company, and I don't have lot of experience in the storage/cloud world. I had three coding interviews, both coding and design. Fast and responsive recruiter. The interviewers were cold and distant, borderline hostile. The questions were not too difficult.

Interview
Got an interview after a brief phone screening. The interviewer was very nice and presented the company and its business. We discussed my current job and I was asked to explain the architecture of the component I'm responsible for. After that I got presented two questions: Designing a file system and implementing a simple char to int converter.
