The interviewers were able to help me open myself about the things I love about food and I was able to express my goals with the interviewers with all honesty and openess.

Interview
Bad experience! My interview at CloudEats began with an initial interview with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager (whom I believe is a consultant). After successfully completing the technical interview, I was then scheduled for an online assessment conducted through a Google Form. Here's the catch: the examination they require for a Fullstack Developer is the same as the one for the Head of Development, and they specifically seek Java developers, despite being aware that I am a JavaScript developer.
To describe the assessment, the questions are overly complicated. They require you to solve more than six algorithmic questions within a limited time, which is not realistic. Moreover, these questions are not aligned with the job role they are looking to fill. The surprising part is that it involves live coding using a Google Form, and the facilitator is a non-tech recruiter.

Interview
Interviewer was very friendly and professional. They made it very light and was straight to the point. It was an online Google Meet session with two other spectators. Overall, the experience was good, however I was unable to get the position as I may not have met the requirements they were looking for.
