Clopay Corporation interview questions

Three stages, plus a phone screen. They are eager to get you in to interview, but won't update you if they decide to go in a different direction or update their requirements.

The interview process was quick with very friendly leaders. I felt welcome and listened to. It felt like talking to co-workers and was not intimidating. The process consisted of 3 interviews - two 1:1 and one 2:1. The process was well communicated and they were quick to follow up.
