Their director is definitely going to ask this question "Do you have interest in Reading" Whether you said you read books that are relevant to your field but it doesn't going to satisfy him. I am a 2.5 Experienced Business developer and My last company Target amount was $3000 & Annual package was 3.5 lakh,29K/Month + Incentive + Insurance + Lunch benefits. So in a year i got approx Minimum 5 lac in my account. But, Clixlogix HEAD HR best offering was 2 lac Fixed and 1.5 negotiable. Means Out of 30,000 i am going to get 60% in my account,i.e 18,000 and 40% on meeting target of $4000.. I was surprised that after wasting my 6 hours you are telling this.. Don't you guys have gone through my Naukri Profile and whats mention there(CTC,Expectation)... Overall BDM,Junior HR was too good and have knowledge but they deserve better place than Clixlogix....
