Overall process was disappointing. Scheduling interviews involved multiple delays and the coordination felt highly informal/unstructured. After two interviews, I was told I would hear back soon, but despite following up multiple times over the next few weeks, I was completely ghosted. The lack of communication showed little respect for candidates’ time and reflected poorly on the company’s hiring process. 1st round interview - basic questions about why clipbook, why a startup specifically, and walking through your background 2nd round interview - similar questions.
