Applied on line and received and automatic response email about next steps. The next step was a case study about what the position would have to deal with in a day yo day. I submitted my case answer, which did took a few hours of my time, just to be met by an automated rejection email the next day. I have no doubt no human being read my case study answer, complete waste of time and disrespect for candidate's time.
Run, don't walk! I took a chance to apply to this company after reading tons of terrible reviews on their interview process.
After submitting my application, within 2 hours I received an email on the interview process and a case study to provide a 3-6 page Google doc, PLUS, a Loom video providing your recommendations and action plan after your analysis.
The request is odd for a 1st step in an interview process. It does come across as though they are not reviewing applicants, but trying to do data analysis out of anyone for free.

Had me do an initial sales plan to get to second interview. Spent alot of time on it and was told I was moving on to the next level. They never responded after it was scheduled. I called and interviewer answered and said he would be setting up the interview. again, never heard a thing
