Sent off the application with supporting documents and a cover letter, I have extensive experience in this space, having founded and exited a company in a very similar vertical. Received an automated request for a case study, not even a "hello how are you" fit first, the case study looked like it would take several hours if not days to complete, reached out to get some context from someone and heard nothing back. Given the other interview reviews and current employee reviews I decided to avoid this company at all costs.

I was excited to receive the email that they read my resume and wanted me to complete the first case study. But then I read on Reddit that they send the initial case study to ANYONE who applies, no matter if they are qualified or not.
