5 rounds, first an HR screening, then an interview with each member of the team separately, then a writing test. The writing test was doing research to answer questions about opioid access.

All interviewers asked behavioral questions, why do you want to work here, where do you see yourself in 5 years, why do you want to work at an operational foundation over an advocacy foundation?
I went through several rounds and then had to reach out to request next steps (after being told I would hear in the next week) only to learn position went in a different direction
Very lengthy. The process took months, with several rounds with multiple different people and departments. Definitely could be a clearer and more decisive process, as this is not efficient.
