They were polite. The person was about my age and didn't have an advanced degree but seemed pretty knowledgeable. Asked some basic questions, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Normal interview experience
Interviewer seemed somewhat disengaged. Asked basic questions about experience and climate and conservation finance, project management, how I work as part of a team and so on and so forth.
