Very strange interview experience where one of the interviewers clearly did not want to be there and seemed upset during the duration of the call. Didn't seem engaged or interested, and the whole process was very rushed.

Informal, high emphasis on alignment with company's tone and organizing approach. Flat pay scale throughout the whole company. I would research past activations and know their messaging well -- they're definitely unconventional and are looking for a certain kind of person
