Pleasant and easy going. Most done by phone or zoom. Four part process. First is phone, next is a zoom from two different departments leads. One from customer service the other from inside sales.

It started with a phone call that went well. The recruiter sent a text reminder before the call, called on time, did exactly as they said they would and expediently. So far, it's an excellent experience.
