Clicklease interview questions

My interviews consisted of one phone call with the Hiring Manager, then going to the office to meet with three members of leadership back to back. Instead of hours of coding exercises, for me I had conversations about culture, priorities, experience, and how I work. I enjoyed getting to know the company and team better and felt like I was seen.

The interview process was neat. From the screening call, the in-person interview and the final interview. The team is really professional, they were very attentive and kept a close communication with me, which is truly valuable. Clicklease is definitely a thriving company, with well established processes and a promising view of the future. I am really thankful for all the support provided and how the handled every aspect of the recruiting process.
