Interview
I mailed a technical recruiter in the company. There were two phone screens. The first interviewer was receptive and acknowledged all the answers to the algorithm and Java questions. The second one however was condescending and rude. He didn't let me complete any of my answers and interjected mid-sentence every time I was answering. He lectured me for about 15 minutes on Exception Handling! This ruined the interview experience for me. It is just unfair when an interviewer doesn't acknowledge any of the O(n) solutions you were giving. I am confident that I gave the optimal solution for all the coding questions, but he was caught up on things that were irrelevant to the current question. He asked me why I didn't say a point that I had just said, he was just not listening. The worst interviewer I have come across during my job search.
