I was first interviewed by a recruiter over the phone. I then had a face to face interview with the Unit Nursing Manager and two Assistant Nursing Managers. After my interview I was given a tour of the 5 units in the MICU and sat with another Health Unit Coodinator for about an hour to see what the job was like.

Initially was going to do a phone interview but Was changed to doing a web cam interview. Then was scheduled for an in person interview, shadow a HUC for an hour was offered position same day
