Interview
The application process for LRI is fairly generic for the job postings they put up on their job search website. Once you receive an interview, the process varies based on the lab. You'll typically interview with the primary investigator and a few of the key personnel in the lab. My interview was casual. It started off talking about experience and what I hoped to gain from the position. Then they walked me through their needs and the roles I would need to fill. Finally, we walked through the facility and they offered me the position the following week.
1 virtual interview with 1 person. It was fairly laid back with basic interview questions, "about me", etc. It lasted approximately 20-25 minutes. I did not hear back any news for about 2-3 weeks, then was offered the position.

Interview
After the initial short interview with the recruiter online, I got an in-person interview invitation from the PI. And then, a few weeks after the in-person interview with the PI and the lab, I got the offer.

Interview
automated video interview. You are asked a series of questions then asked to record your responses. Asks general questions that can be expected from most interviews. Overall not a bad experience
