Interview
Somewhat lengthy as it was all virtual interviews spread out amongst two weeks with a total of six interviews however it was coordinated well with the recruiter. Received offer within 2 days of last interview.
The interview process was overall smooth and well organized, with clear communication at each stage. However, it is fairly rigorous and thorough, involving multiple rounds of interviews with different members of the team. While time-intensive, the process reflects the organization’s emphasis on finding the right clinical and cultural fit.
Took four months for them to contact me, then another several months for them to let me know they were not offering me the position. Entirely too long! In the meantime, I had to accept another position.

Interview
Everyone was a pleasure to meet, some disorganization was definitely noted. Overall wasn’t a bad experience. I think if they were communicating better with one another it would of been smoother for me.
