Screening is done on tiers. First contact includes an extensive online interview. Second contact comes by e-mail indicating they would like to conduct a telephone interview. The interviewer called on time, was very professional and low-key. A series of basic questions were fielded, by three or four more management style specific questions. All together the process was conducted well. However, there was no further contact until four months later, which I thought was too long . . . as soon as they determined the next cut, the applicant should have been notified.
