Phone interview and screening with HR. I they felt you were qualified they offered a 1:1 interview with the manager of the department. The manager will then have you shadow another
pcna to give you an idea of what you will be doing if hired.

I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
