Management seems to know the type of person they want to hire, but at the same time is willing and open to giving interviewees and those new to the industry a fair shot. There was also an explanation about what the company does and what the role entails. Friendly interviewer, and others in the office offered water/drinks too which was a nice touch in making me feel welcomed.
