Interview
The interview process was very thorough and thoughtful. It included three in person interviews. The first was with the Clinical Director. The second was with the CEO and the third was with the Program Director. In the final step I was called with an offer.
Basic residential treatment questions. Asked about your willingness to learn and work with clients that need help. Applied, was contacted via email the next day to set up interview, attending interview, received job offer and they sent me a stack of documents to print and fill out
