I applied through other source. I interviewed at Clearleap in Mar 2016
Interview
I was approached for the position directly from the Hiring Manager via LinkedIn and setup a face to face within 48hrs. The company and team is very detail orientated with a clear focus on what is required from their candidates. The Hiring Manager is very professional and personable and strives to achieve success not only for the position in hand but overall from a carrear objective.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Clearleap (Duluth, GA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty accelerated and they waste no time hiring.
The initial interview is a phone screening with your standard questions; why are you looking to leave, why do you want to work here, etc.
The next interview you will sit with a series of interviewers. Someone from HR, Director of IT, production manager, and maybe a sys admin.
You'll be asked they run of the mill personality questions to gauge who you are and some technical questions to make sure you know what you put on your resume.
They'll take you on a tour.

Interview
After my arrival lady from HR walked me around the office. Amazing office setup, very open design with lots of cool stuff around. While we were walking around I saw people riding scooters in the office. I liked that!
Interview itself was 2 hours with two groups: qa and automation engineers. At the beginning of the interview qa manager provided an overall overview of the company's products and how they interact with each other. I usually get nervous at the interviews and I think manager has noticed that and was able to help me to relax by converting the interview process into casual conversation.
I found engineers from both groups to be knowledgeable and asking interesting questions. The problem solving part of the interview was the most interesting. It was hard but I had fun. Even though my initial approach was not the best, I was guided to the most efficient answer.
Hoping to get an offer soon!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As somebody noted in earlier reviews, interview panel was asking good questions regarding technologies listed in my resume. So if there is something listed in your resume that you are not familiar with - learn about it or remove it from your resume, trust me :-)
I liked the question on how to identify the heaviest orange using scales.
