Interview
Four rounds of thorough interviews...really vetted the candidates - I respect that in a growth stage company trying to define an industry. I gradually met loftier and loftier titles which yielded more confidence clearing each prior stage.

Name a time you failed and rebounded. How did you learn from your mistakes to resurge and come back better?
Very easy process. Had three interviews. Very fast process. Finished whole process in a week. Friendly staff, was waiting for interview in the lobby and many employees took care of me.
