The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ClearPlan in Aug 2024
Interview
Phone call with HR recruiter first, asked a few questions about my experience and what I currently do for work. They were unable to answer questions like "how long are you assigned to each project", "how many clear plan employees are staffed on a project/client", and "why is this position open? (backfill or increase in demand)", etc. When I asked about jobs posted on the company website they said that they were not familiar with the jobs that are posted.
They had me set up a call with their manager next. Manager let me know they were calling from their car. Had incorrect information about my experience and was questioning me and interrupting me when I was trying to give them the correct information. That lead me to believe that they did not look at my resume. There was no real explanation about at the job entailed. They asked more questions about my experience in my current role and never seemed satisfied with any of my answers.
Never heard any follow up from Clear Plan. I think I got "ghosted".

Interview
Simple, straight forward if you actually know your stuff. Knowledgeable staff, motivated to hire talent. Competitive commercial rates. I must enter 30 words for this review to be considered. Still haven’t hit 30 words.

Interview
I had a call with a recruiter/HR, and a hiring manager. Then, I had a technical application interview, based on the specific role they were looking to hire. I also spoke with the person who would be my manager if I accepted the role. They provided an offer quickly, and any questions, concerns, or negotiations were responded to quickly. I found the technical interview extremely easy, but I have worked in the specific toolset 70% of my time for over 8 months and am my company's only SME. I was not asked many, if any, behavioral questions.

Question 1
They had me walk through the entire set up process and monthly cycle in my specific toolset.
