The interview process was wonderful at ClearDent. I received an email invite for a phone call with HR, then a virtual interview in more depth with the Marketing Leader. After the second interview, I was moved into the final round to interview with a co-founder in-person, along with a brief presentation assignment to supplement the discussion. The interview process was clear, and interviewers were extremely communicative and thorough about business needs, visions, and role expectations the entire way through, so you wouldn't feel surprised as to what comes next. The hiring manager was extremely supportive and understanding, as well, when I made the (very) difficult decision to go in a different direction that was more suited to my level of experience and interests. ClearDent clearly has a great culture, a hungry vision and a bright future. I will be cheering you on from the sidelines!
