Interview
Submitted my resume, cover letter, and a short video on their company website and they contacted me shortly after for a phone screen interview. From there, I talked with the hiring manager on the phone within the week and had an in office interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, a current Client Solutions Specialist, and their HR Manager the next day. Following that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. I was set to have my final (phone) interview with the two founders within the next, but accepted another offer in the meantime. It sounded like they were ready to offer, I just had to have the final talk with the founders and the other company had better long term prospects.
Overall, everyone I met was great. Super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. It was hard to tell them I accepted with another company because I liked them as people. Also, they knew I was on a shorter time line because of interviewing with other companies, so they worked with me and did their best to keep the process moving along.

Applied online and got an email response within 24 hours, had a phone interview the next day and a skype interview later that week. The interviewing process was very fast and quite simple.

I had one phone interview with a recruiter. We had a very enjoyable conversation, but I declined to move to the second round of interviews because I received a better offer from another company.
