Extremely lengthy process that took around 2 months (!!). This consisted of multiple phone interviews, an online coding assessment, in-person behavioural/technical interview, designing a take-home UX mockup of their website, and another in-person interview to evaluate and review the UX mockup you've created.
Exchanging emails and getting a hold of interviewers was difficult and slow. It shouldn't have taken 2 months to conclude the interview process, only due to the fact that the people interviewing were either away on vacation or on a business trip. Most of the 2 months was spent waiting for someone to get back. I've had to send follow-up emails in multiple occasions just to confirm if I was selected to proceed to the next stage.
