Short took and STA test after took weeks to hear back from them after 3-4 times following up. The asked multiple questions and explained the job in detail. You are selling the digital marketing that you see in airports and surrounding cities .

Was a phone interview first with the assistant manager and then in person interview with the assistant and sales manager. Job offered on that interview which lasted about one hour. More of a conversation.

Multiple round interviews, very focused on finding a person's specifc approach to different scenarios. 1st is recruiter then LSMs then the VP of sales. Process is simple, thorough and allows you to understand the workings of CCO and in addition gives feedback when needed.
