Very rushed interview process with someone who wasn't technical. They promised that I would have an interview with another person later which was not carried out and no communication until they sent the offer. Basically just asked me about the points present in the job description. I think however this is rare as they were just growing very fast and were in the process of hiring someone more senior to take on the role the same time as my interviewing.
