Interview
First round is technical and they ask 10-15 Questions. Then they have 1:1 interview with CTO in which he judge your overall skill that includes technical and real term situation that may occurs during project life cycle.
CTO have awesome knowledge of PHP and Frameworks, so this is quite tough round.
If you clear all above rounds then hey HR round for Salary negotiation.
