Main complaints: - They focus heavily on quantity (years) of experience rather than quality. My experience for the role was downplayed several times by recruiters, and yet they continued to schedule interviews and waste both of our time. I passed every behavioral interview (to my knowledge) but was never given the opportunity to demonstrate my technical capabilities. - Compensation ranges I was told were well below what other similar companies offered (even for lower level roles). - Flaky! A follow up interview I was scheduled for got canceled. I was told it was because resources were reallocated between teams/departments. They were recently acquired and my impression is a lot of things are shifting around right now. Until things settle and there are improvements to their interview process, I'd encourage experienced engineers to spend their time looking elsewhere.
